Except for a run-in with someone from Microsoft (another was a great guy, but this one wasn't), DEMO was fantastic for us. We met terrific people, like the folks from OurStory.com, PreClick, and Ink2.com. Bloggers like Graem, Mark, and Dan Farber gave great input, and a number of venture capitalists were excited by the promise of SalesWorks. So we're doing something right.
The coverage is below. In the meantime, the team and I will be cranking to get Beta 2 out the door, with revamped sales process, the maps integration you saw at DEMO, the pipeline, and possibly some of the advanced features planned for Pro. We are shooting to release SalesWorks Basic (or something like that) in Q2. But we're building from a solid stable code base on a great platform, so maybe sooner? ya never know.
