Some version of Outlook cause SalesWorks to choke during the import. We'll fix that for Beta II--send in your bug scenarios please.

If you experience a bug, please submit it through email to SalesWorks@ missionresearch , and we'll log it. Don't contact Mission Research Support--they are busy working with our nonprofit customers and can't help you anyway because they are trained on GiftWorks.
